By accessing or using TraderDNA (“the Service”), operated by TraderDNA (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TraderDNA is a web-based trading journal and analytics platform. The Service provides tools for trade logging, performance analytics, broker synchronisation, AI-powered coaching, and market data. TraderDNA is not a broker, financial advisor, or investment manager.
TraderDNA does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All content, analytics, signals, AI coaching outputs, and insights provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose.
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Whop. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
When you connect a broker account, you authorise TraderDNA to read your trade history and account data via the broker’s API. Broker credentials are encrypted at rest. We do not execute trades, manage positions, or access your funds. You are responsible for ensuring your broker API permissions are appropriately scoped.
AI coaching and insights are generated by third-party AI models and should not be considered professional financial advice. AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for making trading decisions.
You retain ownership of all data you input into TraderDNA, including trade records, journal entries, and uploaded images. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may export your data at any time via the export features in the Service.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code; use the Service to transmit malicious content; circumvent access controls or rate limits; share your account with others; use automated tools to scrape data from the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be preserved indefinitely. We are not responsible for any trading losses or decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraderDNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, regardless of the cause of action.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
